Check on the elderly folks in your life and make sure the services they have aren’t stealing from them. I now have to rip @Xfinity a new one because they’ve been charging my fav elderly lady for a service MONTHLY that was never installed at her house, at all! $80 a month?

@Xfinity has the worst customer service!! The system is designed to not allow you to speak to a live person!!! I’m just going to cancel my internet. I bet iI get a live agent then. Been out 2 days with no resolution or reason, or credit!

Had a bad feeling when I saw an @Xfinity truck outside the neighbor's house this morning. Within a half hour our service was out. Running on 10 hours of no internet, makes it really difficult to work from home.

And on a side note, this running #NASCAR races on USA Network is really throwing me off. Completely missed recording the Xfinity race today. They're not advertising the channel change well.

Has anyone else been having any trouble with Verizon customer service? I thought Comcast was bad, hard to believe but Verizon is worst. The rep says no worries Richard I will help you. They promise to look into the problem and call me back but never do.

@Xfinity has the worst customer service… no one local unless you ask for sales.. you get the run around..they lie, don’t note the account. Pulling teeth to get a tech or credit and when I got a tech they called twice to try and cancel him!! Horrible!! It’s time for change

It’s interesting that Comcast doesn’t even fight you anymore on client retention. “Hello, yes? I’d like to cancel you. OK? Yes, I’m sure, goodbye.” And then they send you an email. I mean that’s a fascinating business strategy, and I don’t wish them well.

Its time AT&T get the Message High Prices and Dropping of Programs like OANTV will result in consumers keeping there Dollars at Home.The Service including there Internet Service feels like the old Dial up service. Direct Cable Services are a better Choice. #1 Xfinity#2 Verizon

@mgonmovies @DNCHI77 There was a demand from Comcast, Verizon and AT&T to end NN as they weren't making money (2 of the 3 are known to have iffy service in some areas). Money was used by them to be the reason why they wanted to end NN.

@SportsAskedMe @KensethFan17_20 being down there made more good teams cause there was so much money. Banning them legit killed those series. Also when a lot of the races where spread out and trucks and xfinity and cup didn’t race at the same tracks it helped keep cup drivers out unless someone was determined
