Why is my Lookah pen not turning on? ›

Solution: First, check to make sure that your device is fully charged by plugging it in for at least an hour. If your device still does not turn on or heat up, try cleaning the contacts between the battery and the atomizer with a cotton swab and some rubbing alcohol.

For instance, red blinking lights could signal a low battery, while green blinks might indicate that the device is fully charged.

If your pen does not turn on properly the cause might be because of a defective battery, battery being left uncharged to a too long time, or any other power failure.

Make sure the battery's contact and charging ports are both clean and that your cartridge isn't screwed on too tight. If it still doesn't work after a good cleaning, it's possible your cartridge is clogged. Use a hair dryer on the lowest setting to gently heat your cartridge and get the oil moving.

There are several issues that could arise and cause your vape not to hit. First, if the coils are burnt out, flooded, or not receiving enough power from the power unit, they may not properly vaporize the e-liquid. The tank design can make or break the overall robustness of the coil.

How do I know if my Seahorse Pro is charging? ›

Connect the Seahorse Pro to a power source via the provided USB cable. The LED light on the device will turn on to indicate that the device is currently charging, and once the battery is fully charged, the LED light will turn off.

The Seahorse 2.0 also features 3 voltage modes Blue, meaning low, Purple, meaning medium, and White which is hot.

If the display on your e-cigarette battery stops working (ie the screen becomes scrambled or does not show anything), you will probably need a new battery.

Ensure your device is properly charged. Clean the connection point with a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol to remove any oil residue, dust or other debris. Ensure the cartridge isn't damage or compromised, affecting the ability for the cartridge and heating element to create proper contact.

It could also mean you need a new battery. We recommend holding your button down for less time and seeing if that helps. If not, charge your pen for an hour and check it. If that does not work, you most likely need a new battery.

Charger or Cable Issues

Solution: Check the charger and cable for any visible damage, such as frayed wires or bent connectors. If you find any, replace them. Test your vape pen with a different charger and cable to see if it charges. Make sure the new charger and cable are compatible with your vape pen.
