Staffmark Muncie is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work in Muncie, Indiana. A local, family-owned business has partnered with us to grow its team. We are searching for a motivated individual ready to work in a fast-paced team environment. Previous experience is not a vital component of this job as we will train the best candidate for the position.
Pay: $16/hr
This Customer Service Representative will work full-time Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM. The only requirements for this position include a willingness to learn new skills, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.
Essential job tasks include:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments
Adjust and fix incorrect orders
Answer phones and help resolve any issues with customers
Provide positive interactions with customers
Accurately process paperwork
Independently use problem-solving skills
